Appreciated reasonably spacious and modern double room with a beautiful garden view, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The breakfast served was marvellous, everything you could wish for, with a lovely view and the most delicious pancakes, for example. The location was marvellous and brilliant, just a short stroll away from Royal William Yard. The staff were very-very nice and affable and the restaurant was very nice!

The hotel was in a brilliant location close enough to charming Signagi, and the monastery for what we wanted it for.

everything was nice, including gentle staff and stunning location close to town centre. the room was brand-new & beautifully maintained with cleen bathroom and big windows and balcony. the breakfast was delicious with good cheese, a fabulous view and also local natural yogurt, and the restaurant's offer was good. location: the hotel was adjacent to the center of sighnaghi and the best wineries. in the evening we went to kusika restaurant, located at walking distance from the property.
Can’t fault the property in any way!

Just a short walk from the bustling city center, this hidden gem offers jaw-dropping views of the Alazani valley. The spacious and clean bedrooms, with their comfortable beds and picturesque balconies, provide the perfect retreat. The homemade breakfast, served in the open cottage surrounded by fresh air and sunlight, is mind-blowingly delicious. The hospitality of the family, especially Tina's friendly and helpful nature, is unparalleled. They go above and beyond, even arranging transportation and providing medical assistance with a smile. With free wi-fi, free parking, and a tranquil outdoor dining area, this place is a true paradise.

I recently stayed at Lia's Guest House for 3 nights and it was a wonderful experience. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and stunning views from the balcony. Tina, the host, was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The homemade breakfast served each morning was delicious and made even better by the beautiful vineyard visit that Tina arranged for us. it truly felt like a home away from home.
Would recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at a guest house with stunning city views. The spacious room with a small balcony allowed us to take in the beauty of the city and valley below. The owners, Lia and her daughter Lisa, were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was delicious, especially the eggs, salad, pancakes, and coffee. Despite a small issue with a leaking toilet, we highly recommend this centrally located guest house for its amazing views and friendly hosts. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
